Key pick up and return

Key pick up

• Apartments keys are picked up from our self service key pick up point at Malminkatu 38.
• You will receive an email where you can find front door code, security box number and security box code.
• On the Check-In date, you will receive a SMS message to number which you have provided. The message will contain reminder for the codes.
• Please notice that the codes are only valid on the arrival day from 15:00 to 05:00 (3pm to 5am).
• In the security box you will find an envelope which contains the directions to the apartment, keys to aparment and registration form.

Key return 

• Apartment keys must be returned to key return place at Malminkatu 38.
• Keys must be returned before 10:00 (10 am) on the check out date
• Please also leave the filled registration form with the keys
